We celebrate Christmas for at least a month! We'll have a Christmas movie night with family, go to a light show, Christmas parties, carolling, a traditional candle-lit church service...so many things to make Christmas special for our 3 little girls!
We will be traveling to So Cal with our 4 kids to visit family. it will be the first time in 3 years that all of my siblings and our families will be together. I cannot wait!
We plan to celebrate at Grammies house this year but the kids are quite concerned as to how Santa will find them there?? I said he just has the magical powers to know where every kid is and that seemed to be good enough!!LOL!!
This is our first Christmas with baby E, and the first in our new house. We'll be starting off the Holiday Season by buying and decorating our first family Christmas tree the day after Thanksgiving. And spending as much time as possible with all three sets of grandparents!
I love flying home and seeing family, so thats the plan this year. . Its one of the few times all my siblings and our families are all together. Its a special time for us.
I plan to spend this upcoming holiday at home with my beautiful baby girl & my wonderful husband, hopefully staying warm & enjoying the wonderful holiday movies, homemade gingerbread lattes & maybe even spend some time playing outside if we get a good amount of snow!
My parents are coming down the first week of December, so we're putting off Thanksgiving until then since we don't have any family here in AZ. Our Christmas will be our first just our little family! Can't wait for our family breakfast tradition to continue with just us!<3
I haven't really thought about it, but I'm super excited that I think my 2 year old might understand Christmas & Santa this year!! For Thanksgiving, we are going to make up a big basket and give it to our local food bank-we drop a few things things off weekly since it's next to the library, so he's beginning to understanding giving!
We're probably going to spend a quiet Christmas at home with our family. We'll do some Christmas baking, listen to Christmas music, go to church on Christmas Eve, open gifts...and teach our 3 girls what the true meaning of Christmas is!
We are hosting Xmas this year. We have family coming from different parts of the world. It will be great since my little angels will get to spend time with their cousins.. (ok maybe my nb won't notice.. but my 2 year old will :) )
We will be staying at our house celebrating as a family. We were dual military for the last few years and are finally able to be a family all by ourselves! :) Me and hubs home with our 2 kids! So exciting! :)
Spending Christmas at home with my family, then on a plane then with my husband back at home! First Christmas like this! It will be interesting. Thanksgiving we are all staying home and making our own little feast for the 3 of us.
We're a military family, far away from our extended family, so this year it'll just be my husband, myself and my kids. Which I kind of like. And then we'll spend time with newly adopted family (aka friends) as well :)
We celebrate Thanksgiving with my in-laws in TN and Christmas at home so we can go to our own church service and wake up Christmas morning at our house. :)
Christmas morning liturgy at church, then celebrating with friends by breaking a month-and-a-half long fast from meat and dairy with lots of bacon. Then in the afternoon we'll do our own family presents and such with our 4 young kids.
Still gonna try to get my husband to enjoy christmas. He absolutely hates it! (His b-day being on Dec 25th sure doesnt help) So lots of yummy cookies, movie nights, tree lighting festival... anything to get him into the spirit!
I plan on celebrating big! I love the holidays and already started singing Christmas songs today. Making cookies, making other gifts (like gifts in jars), wrapping presents, seeing what great finds I can get for my sweet kids!
We plan on traveling home to show off our newborn around Christmas, but will be back home by Christmas day to celebrate. I'm excited to bake cookies with my oldest. I'm hoping we have another white Christmas this year! :)
Going home for the holidays! We live 12 hours away from my family so were packing the suv with dogs, son and presents and driving across country to see my family :-)
for thanksgiving we are driving 11 hours to go to my hometown for the first time in 2 years, and staying home for Christmas. So excited for Christmas this year - it's my favorite time of year, and our oldest is actually old enough to get excited, too. :-)
Going home to England!!!! The first christmas back home in 5 years!! I'm so excited for my toddler and baby to spend their first christmas with the grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins, just like I used to :D
Hosting a decorating party with my parents the day after Black Friday...but they don't know this yet! How else am I supposed to decorate the house with a 14-month-old toddling about? :)
Spending it at home with my family. Our niece will be out of state with her mother this year, which will be different, but ce'st la vie. My uncle is joining us this year, which will be nice. Thanks! Simone thedewdriesup(at)gmail(dot)com

Celebrating Christmas with my parents, siblings and all the kids! Always fun chaos with 8 adults and 7 kids under the age of 6 under 1 roof for 3 days. :)
Thanksgiving at my house so I don't have to travel pregnant, and Christmas will hopefully be low key since I'll be 38 weeks pregnant and praying for an induction the following week.
Start our own Family traditions! I am looking forward to decorating Thanksgiving weekend. I am doing all edible ornaments for our tree, so they are safe for the little guy! I'm afraid of him eating one of those ornament hooks, so it will be ribbon, cookies, and popcorn balls on our tree!
We always spend the holidays with family. They always seem like such a whirlwind. We go to my parents Christmas Eve, do Christmas morning at our house, my mom's for Christmas dinner, and finally my husband's family the following weekend. We are definitely worn out by the end of the season but we love every second of it
Our son is nearly 16 months old so hes at that age where he takes everything in so with all of the holidays we have been doing them just the three of us so we can create our own traditions and memories.
